Chief of Earth Security Livanus (†) was Chief of Earth Security for the Neosapien Commonwealth.
History[]
Livanus served in Operation Destiny and was promoted to Chief of Earth Security for his exceptional service in Operation Destiny. As an adviser, he reported directly to Phaeton and was assigned to Phaeton’s Martian Whitehouse in the capital of Mars, Maginus City.
There he could constantly brief Phaeton on Earth security issues regarding Exofleet and Resistance activity. In 2120 A.D., Livanus was killed when the Neosapien Brood Center exploded, destroying Olympus Mons and all Neosapien installations nearby.
