Significant events, revelations, and other notes[]
- I am of the opinion that this episode would have been the basis for the third season of ExoSquad, had one been made. The strange occurrences at Chaos in "Beyond Chaos" could well be some alien race summoned by the transmission that is sent in this episode.
- This storyline was to be shown in the Exosquad Third Season and the Exo-Pirates series.
- Why did Exofleet's explosive charge fail to breach the door? Was Typhonus's explosive charge more powerful or was the area choosen less resilient?
- The alien complex seems to be almost entirely comprised of organic technology.
- What is the purpose of the alien complex? Was it a former outpost or colony for the beings that created it? Or was it simply left behind milennia earlier so that when humans advanced far enough to activate it, it could alert its creators?
- Timeline of the Neosapien base on Ceres.
- "The Last Man": the Battle of Ceres occurs.
- "Dragon's Rock": General Drusus is executed for allowing Exofleet to discover the existence of the Neo Megas. (Dragon's Rock)
- "The Dogs of War": General Drusus's mistake on Ceres is mentioned.
- "Call of the Unknown": Algernon states that the base on Ceres has been abandoned by the Neosapiens and captured by Exofleet.
- Algernon invented Exofleet's cypher system.
- In "Call of the Unknown" and "Heart of Mars" the Jumptroop Dropship was able to approach Mars, remain in orbit, and leave the planet without using a Cloaking Device. The Mars Fleet never appears, combat is limited to the ground.
- In "Warrior Brood" the pirate ship decloaks and changes orbit without interception from the Earth Fleet.
